FindMeCar is the perfect app for guiding you back to your car (or anything else). FindMeCar stores your car's location (using your phone's GPS system) and then lets you see both your location and your car's location using Google maps. FindMeCar allows you to switch between 'map' and 'satellite' views. A map view is often ideal when your car is parked on a city street. A satellite view is often best when your car is parked in a large parking lot (e.g. at a shopping mall or a stadium) or even a field. Both views display a compass to point you in exactly the right direction and always show the distance between you and your car.
FindMeCar also keeps track of the time remaining on your parking meter (or required checkout time), and lets you set an alarm to notify you when your meter is nearing expiration. The time remaining on your parking meter is displayed right on the FindMeCar icon, so you can check it with just a glance at your phone (no need to open the app).
FindMeCar even lets you record a message (e.g. "I'm parked on level 4") or take a picture to help you on your return.
